Recruitment of Founding Members

Morpho (hereinafter referred to as “the Project”) believes that it has gained a certain level of support on Bluesky, and will begin recruitment of founding members in preparation for its upcoming incorporation.

According to the Act on General Incorporated Associations and General Incorporated Foundations, the minimum required number of candidates is 7, with 3 directors, 1 auditor, and 3 councilors.

In addition, we are holding individual information sessions to deepen understanding of the Project and widely recruit candidates.

If you are even slightly interested, please feel free to contact us first.

If the number of candidates is not reached by the end of March 2024, the form of the corporation to be formed will be changed from a general incorporated foundation and the Project will continue.

Today, the number of candidates for incorporation officers, etc. has been successfully reached, so the form of the corporation to be established will be a general incorporated foundation.

We will continue recruiting until we have filled the full 20 positions - 7 directors, 3 auditors, and 10 councilors - so we look forward to seeing ambitious individuals apply.
