Frequently Asked Questions
Regarding support donations for Botamaru-Yuki
For accounting purposes, your support donations are treated as "donations to the Foundation's sponsorship activities." Please note that this differs from a donation (gift) made directly to Botamaru-Yuki herself. The funds paid by the Foundation to Botamaru-Yuki are processed as "commission-based sponsorship fees" under the contract.
Regarding types of donations
General donations
This is a donation to the general activities of the Gunjo Foundation, not for a specific project. More than half of the donation will be used for public interest projects stipulated in Article 4 of the Articles of Incorporation, and the remainder will be used for administrative expenses, etc.
Specific donations
This is a donation for which the donor specifies the intended use in advance. The entire donation amount (or a greater amount if otherwise stipulated) will be used for the specified purpose.
Recurring donations
This is a donation that is automatically debited once a month at the amount (5,000 JPY or more, in increments of 5,000 JPY) and type (general donation or various specific donations) set by the donor.
One-time donations
This is a donation made once or whenever you like, with the amount (in increments of 1 JPY, starting from 50 JPY) and type (general donation or various specific donations) set by the donor.
